Shashipal Rawat is a partner at M/S. Rajender Kumar Singal & Associates LLP and has more than 9 years of experience in the area of Audit (Statutory, Internal & Management) Accounts & Finance and Taxation.

Shashipal is involved in statutory audit of listed and unlisted entities and is engaged in quarterly financial review as per SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015. Shashipal is also involved into preparation and finalization of financial statement, cash flows, consolidation and forecast of financial data. He is responsible for ensuring proper compliance of Accounting standard (AS/Ind AS) and Standard of Audit (SA) in any audit assignment.

Apart from that Shashipal is also involved in the area of Direct and Indirect taxation. He works in the area of tax computing, tax planning, income tax return and tax audit under section 44AB of Income-tax act, 1961.Prior to joining Rajender Kumar Singal & Associates LLP, Shashipal has worked with Pearls Group, (Real Estate and Infrastructure) and in internal audit, Risk & control and was responsible for making recommendations to strengthen the internal control system of group companies.

Shashipal Rawat is Qualified Chartered Accountant, certified FAFD by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Bachelor in commerce.
