Pankaj Gupta

Pankaj Gupta is a partner at M/S. Rajender Kumar Singal & Associates LLP and has an experience over 20 years in the area of Accounts & Finance, Taxation, Audit and Companies Law. Pankaj joined the firm as a partner in 2008.

Pankaj services clients of the firm across various sectors such as manufacturing, trading, financial sector and is handling areas of tax compliances, tax planning and representing appeal matters before CIT (A) and ITAT. Pankaj is also involved in finalization of financial statements, cash flows, consolidation and forecast of financial data and MIS. He has designed and developed internal accounting systems and procedures of various entities.

Pankaj has independently handled statutory audit of entities listed on BSE, NBFCs, manufacturing and trading concerns. Pankaj has vast knowledge and working experience in, compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and ruled framed thereunder.

Pankaj Gupta is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and Bachelor in commerce from Kurushetra University.
