Shishir Singhal

Shishir Singal is a partner at Rajender Kumar Singal & Associates LLP, has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Audit & Taxation.  He joined Rajender Kumar Singal & Associates LLP as a partner in 2008.

Shishir independently heads the Jhandewalan office of the firm with the strength of 15 team members working with him.

Shishir’s main area of expertise lies in the field of audit and he heads the bank audit practice of the firm. Apart from bank audit, Shishir also provides services of stock audit, tax audit and statutory audit. His team provides the whole spectrum of service like finalization of financial statements, filing of income tax returns and company law compliances. Shishir also supervises a team of accountants who provide book-keeping services to MSME’s.

Shishir Singhal  is a Chartered Accountant and holds a certificate of practice of ICAI. He has also completed fifty hours training in a valuation course conducted by ICAI. Shishir is keenly interested in financial valuation and is appearing for a valuation examination conducted by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
